Which cookies this site places
Two cookies are needed to make the site work and are always present. Two others belong to Google Analytics and are only placed once you have given permission. Until you do, they are not there and Google measures nothing: consent defaults to refused and the measurement waits for it.

The two analytics cookies belong to Google Analytics, which is loaded through Google Tag Manager. What Google does with that data and where it ends up is set out in the privacy statement.
There is no advertising network, no social media widget and no embedded third-party content.
Your preference for the light or dark theme is kept in your browser's local storage rather than in a cookie. That preference never leaves your device and is not sent anywhere.
Changing your choice
At the bottom of every page there is a "Cookie preferences" link that asks again. You can accept there what you refused earlier, or the other way round. If you refuse after having accepted, no new analytics cookies are placed from that moment; the ones already on your device are removed through your browser.
Managing cookies
You can inspect, refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. If you delete the language cookie, the site falls back to the language your browser reports.
Changes
If the cookies this site places ever change, this statement is updated and the date at the top moves with it.
